The California Victim Compensation Program (VCP) can help pay bills and expenses that are the direct result of a violent crime. This section of the website provides information to assist healthcare providers, funeral/burial professionals and other service providers obtain compensation for providing their services to victims of violent crime. Payment Enhancements
